ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 05.08.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 21645 of 2024.

This Court by an order dated 05.08.2024, issued a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders as per the Revenue Standing Orders, within a period of twelve weeks. Pursuant to which, the order was passed on 22.01.2026 by the second respondent.
