ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, by an order dated 29.10.2025, allowed the modification petition. However, due to a typographical error, the contents of the order have been wrongly typed in the order copy. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and paragraphs 1 and 2 of the order dated 29.10.2025 shall stand substituted as follows:

"1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail to the petitioner, the trial Court imposed a condition directing the petitioner to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two solvent sureties. Since the petitioner is unable to produce solvency certificate, he could not execute the sureties despite the grant of bail. However, he is ready to furnish two sureties for executing a bond of Rs.10,000/- without insisting on solvent sureties. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

case, reason is justifiable, hence, this Court modifies the condition that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties for the like sum".

4. All other conditions imposed on the petitioner shall remain intact, except for the above said correction.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh order copy.
