2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week for a period of four weeks and thereafter and and when required for interrogations.
