ORDER
This Revision has been filed to set aside the Judgment and conviction passed by the XII Judge Special Metropolitan Magistrate Small Causes Court, Chennai in S.T.C. No.707 of 2021 dated 28.02.2024 confirmed by the V Additional Sessions Judge City Civil Court, Chennai in C.A. No.212 of 2024 dated 03.07.2025.
2.When the matter came up for hearing the learned counsel for both parties are present along with their respective parties.
3. The learned counsel for both parties would submit that out of Rs.1,50,000/-, waiving the amount of Rs.30,000/- the amount of Rs.1,20,000/- has been received from the accused/petitioner herein by the complainant/respondent herein and accordingly the complainant and his respective counsel have made endorsement to that effect in the petition.
4. In view of aforesaid final settlement made by the petitioner and
