On 07.11.2025, this Court, while quashing the proceedings pending against the petitioner in S.C.No.287 of 2025 on the file of the Sessions Court, Mahalir Neethimandram, Salem, directed the petitioner to pay costs of Rs.10,000/- to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, on or before 24.11.2025, and directed the Registry to list the matter for reporting compliance.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court on 07.11.2025 and also produced the Memo of Compliance to that effect. 4.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the compliance is recorded and no further orders are required. The Memo of Compliance shall form part of the records.
