ORDER

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent/State submitted that all the conditions imposed against the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.13443 of 2025, dated 29.04.2025 for the offences under Sections 8(c) r/w Section 22(a) NDPS Act, 1985 and Section 123 BNS (328 of IPC) in

Crime No. 110 of 2025 had been complied with by the petitioner regularly.

2. In the light of the above submissions made by him, all the conditions imposed against the petitioner herein are relaxed in toto.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28-10-2025 MSM To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore.
