This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to give credit to the payment made by the petitioner and till then not to take any Coercive Steps including action under section 29 of the State Finance Corporation Act.

2. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents has produced a letter dated 05.07.2017, issued by the respondents to his counsel, informing that the petitioner had settled the loan account by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

availing waiver concession under ND & ND Scheme. Resultantly, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the aforesaid facts, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
