The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC in Crime No.119 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail. K.RAJASEKAR, J.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Intervenor vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) reported that, in this case, investigation completed and final report also filed and the same has been taken cognizance and the summons have been issued against the petitioner. Hence, he opposed for granting bail to the petitioner.

4. In view of the said fact that the summons were issued by the learned Magistrate and since, there is no apprehension of arrest, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Magistrate on receipt of summons. 05.11.2025 kmm To
