ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. Though learned counsel for the Revenue raised an objection contending that no sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the towering delay of 784 days, taking into consideration that the order under appeal has already been assailed by the respondents by filing writ appeals, we are inclined to condone the delay. This application is allowed. The Registry is directed to number the writ appeal.

3. The list of connected writ appeals shall be provided by both sides within three days.

All the writ appeals be listed for orders on 9.12.2025. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA,CJ) (G.ARUL MURUGAN,J) 02.12.2025 sasi
