This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 29.08.2024 passed in W.P.No.9853 of 2024.

2. Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent and submitted that he has no objection in the petition being allowed.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 3 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and print the name of the learned counsel who entered appearance for the respondent in the Writ Appeal and post the same in regular course.
