ORDER

The above application has been filed by the applicant / plaintiff, seeking to order notice to the respondent through substituted service by effecting paper publication in one issue of Tamil daily "Malai Murasu".

2.According to the applicant / plaintiff. he has already taken notice to the respondent, but the respondent is evading from the service of notice. It is his further contention that the notice sent to him was returned with an endorsement "unserved". Therefore, he has filed the above application seeking to effect publication through substituted service. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

kas 3.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application stands allowed.

4.The applicant / plaintiff is permitted to take public notice through paper publication to the respondent in the Tamil Daily newspaper i.e., "Malai Murasu", by indicating the next date of hearing as 03.11.2025.

5. Post the matter on 03.11.2025.
