This petition is filed to condone the delay of 394 days in filing the appeal.

31. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 5 to 20 and 22 to 26, none appears before this Court.

The delay is 394 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 394 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
