C.M.P. No.27543 of 2025 in C.R.P. SR.No.166245 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI , J.

Heard counsel for the petitioner and also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application seeking condone delay of 196 days in paying deficit court fee.

2. Reasons set out by the petitioner is that the petitioner was of the opinion that they were exempted from payment of Court fee. Registry insisted on payment of Court fee realising that there is no exemption, petitioner has now come forward to pay Court fees.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons in the affidavit, this Petition is ordered.
