This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 28.08.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the patta stands in the name of the petitioner's father and an application has been submitted seeking for survey of the property on 28.08.2025, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to act upon the application and conduct survey, based on the patta that has been issued in the name of the petitioner's father in patta No.250 and complete the process within a period 2/4

of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence and if the situation so warrants, the 1st respondent can take the aid of the 3rd respondent. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
