No.618 of 2025. 2.The cases in C.C.Nos. 96, 1, 19 and 45 of 2023 and C.C.No.46 of 2024 was taken on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukkuvalai, Thirukkuvalai Taluk, Nagapattinam, for the alleged offence under Section 379 of I.P.C.

In all these cases, it is reported that the property involved in this case has been recovered and handed over to the defacto-complainant respectively. The defacto-complainant does not want to pursue the case any further. It is reported that the accused has been attending the Court regularly. There is no previous or subsequent previous case against the accused in all these cases.

3.Considering the nature of the allegation, the antecedents of the accused and since the accused have been facing the case for a long time, any further continuation of the trial would impinge upon his right to a speedy trial of the accused and no useful purpose would be served. 4.Accordingly, the cases in C.C.Nos. 96, 1, 19 and 45 of 2023 and C.C.No.46 of 2024 of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukkuvalai, Thirukkuvalai Taluk, Nagapattinam , stands quashed. These Suo Motu Transfer Cases are disposed of. 16.10.2025 mp electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary. Further, the Court below is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to all concerned.
