O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notice dated 11.10.2025 issued by ninth respondent and quash the same.

2. Even though the eviction order dated 11.10.2025 passed by the ninth respondent has been challenged in the present writ petition, Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 & 5 to 7, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent as well as Mr.B.Sudharshanam, learned counsel appearing for the ninth respondent would submit that, on 12.11.2025, the encroached portion of the dilapidated wall has been demolished that too pursuant to the earlier direction given by the Court as well as contempt proceedings. 4. Only in these circumstances, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, such demolition of the compound wall itself is illegal according to him, therefore, in order to restore the compound wall or to get the compensation from the revenue authorities or local bodies, who are the official respondents herein, the petitioner would seek an appropriate legal remedy from the forum concerned, with that liberty, this writ petition can be dismissed, he contended.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and after having heard the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents, this Court is inclined to dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of grievance, if any.
