Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the Cooperative Appellate Tribunal for for Co-operative Cases, Vellore (Principal District Judge) Vellore, Vellore District, in common judgment and decree, in C.T.A.Nos.5/2001, 1/2002, 2/2002, 3/2002, 22/2002, 23/2002, 24/2002, dated 17.02.2003 and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the Special Officer of the Special Officer, Arcot Cooperative Town Bank Ltd.,Anna Salai, Arcot - 632 503, to pay the petitioner all the retirement benefits of the father of the petitioner.
