O R D E R

This application has been filed to permit the applicants / plaintiffs to amend the plaint only in respect of the provision under which the Court-fee is paid has arisen out of the earlier application already allwed on 11.09.2025 in A. No. 3674 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has to file counter.

3. On perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it is seen that the averments are formal and just to include the appropriate provisions of the Tamil Nadu Court Fee and Suit Valuation Act, 1955 for the relief, which has been added subsequently by virtue of the order passed on 11.09.2025 in A. No. 3674 of 2025.

4. In view of the same, the application is allowed. No costs.

5. Two weeks time is granted to carry out amendment.

6. The matter is ordered to be listed after two weeks. 03.11.2025 Maya
