ORDER

The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.03.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(A), 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.27 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail application filed by the petitioner. Earlier, the bail application in Crl.OP.No.15415 of 2025 dated 15.09.2025 was dismissed on the ground that the petitioner along with other accused had transported 62 kgs of ganja, which is of commercial quantity and that the petitioner belongs to the State of Orissa.

3. Considering the fact that the contraband seized is of commercial quantity and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17-10-2025 drl
