demarcate the boundaries by availing the assistance of the third respondent in the event of any obstruction from the respondents 4 to 6 and erect fencing at the cost of the petitioner based on the petitioner representation dated 09.10.2025.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the petitioner's online application dated 30.09.2025 and to conduct survey of the land admeasuring an extent of 2.70 cents comprised in old S.No.70/4, and new survey no.70/4B situated at Thiruvoor Village & Panchayat, Manavalanagar SRO, Thiruvallur Taluk & District and to demarcate the boundaries by availing the assistance of the third respondent in the event of any obstruction from respondents 4 to 6 and to erect fencing at the cost of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

The petitioner owns a land admeasuring an extent of 2.70 cents comprised in old S.No.70/4 new survey no.70/4B situated at Thiruvoor Village & Panchayat, Manavalanagar SRO, Thiruvallur Taluk & District. In order to survey the said land, the petitioner submitted online application and also paid requisite fees for the same. So far respondents 1 & 2 did not take any steps to survey and demarcate the land belongs to the petitioner. Hence, this writ petition.

In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to survey the petitioner's aforesaid land based on the title deed produced by him, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any, and to serve the survey report to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that, if the surveyor concerned is obstructed by third parties while surveying the subject land, the said surveyor can approach the jurisdictional police 3/6
seeking police aid and on such request, the jurisdictional police shall provide adequate police protection to the surveyor.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
