ORDER
Ms.S.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for running firecrackers shop during the Diwali Festival, the petitioner made an application dated 09.10.2025 for temporary license before the 1st respondent and, since no order was passed, the present Writ Petition is filed seeking appropriate directions.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submit that the respondents will consider the application made by the petitioner dated 09.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders by tomorrow i.e., 17.10.2025 before 5.00 p.m.
