ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No. 1344 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the petitioner is already appearing before the Trial Court on summons served on him. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest in this case. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
