Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to survey the petitioner's property in Ward-A, Block 19, TS No.11/3, Old Survey No.154/3, situated at Nearby Malayadi Road, Vridhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore-District, an extent of 32 cents and fix the boundary stone based on the petitioner's online application dated 27.03.2025.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 27.03.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for fixing the boundary stones.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondent.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property by virtue of a sale deed dated 13.03.2024. The TSLR stands in the name of the petitioner's father Thangarasu. The adangal also stands in his same. Under such circumstances, the petitioner's submitted an online application on 27.03.2025 seeking survey of the subject property and for fixing the boundary stones. Since the same was not acted upon, the present petition has been filed. 2/4

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to act upon the petitioner's online application dated 27.03.2025 and conduct survey in the subject property and fix boundary stones based on the title document and the patta that has already been issued in the name of the petitioner's father. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence. The said process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
