Order (Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN,J.) Since one of the petitioners herein namely Karuppanan had expired, the 2nd petitioner namely N.Balasubramanian has filed the present petition to accept the cause title.

2.The deceased Karuppanan is alleged to have executed a Will in favour of the 2nd petitioner herein. However, since Karuppanan had expired, his legal representatives has to be impleaded as parties and only after impleading them, the Court can decide as to whether Karuppanan, during his lifetime, had executed the Will in favour of the 2nd petitioner herein. 3.Therefore, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the 2nd petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition by impleading the legal representatives of the deceased Karuppanan. (P.V.,J.) (K.G.T.,J.) 04-06-2026 hvk
