This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 121 days in representing the above Criminal Revision Case filed against the judgment passed in Cr.A.No.213 of 2018, dated 31.01.2025 by the II Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Poonamallee confirming the conviction and sentence imposed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Ambattur in S.T.C.No.104 of 2016, dated 08.11.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 121 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
