PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1 - the Central Information Commission, to consider and dispose of petitioner's Second Appeal dated 08.08.2025, bearing File No.CIC/ ECOMM/A/2025/637509 within a reasonable and stipulated time frame.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard.

This petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.1 to decide the second appeal within a stipulated time.

2. The second appeal was filed on 08.08.2025.

3. The second appeal of the petitioner is pending since August, 2025. Therefore, all that we would observe is that respondent No.1

should decide the second appeal of the petitioner as early as expeditiously as possible. If the second appeal is not decided within next two months, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this petition.
