The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court since the petitioner is seeking conduct of survey of the property that falls under the jurisdiction of the Madurai Bench of this Court. In view of the same, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the Madurai Bench and seek for appropriate relief. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
