This application is filed to grant leave to sue as against the properties mentioned under the Suit Schedule, situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.According to the applicants, they have filed the main Suit seeking permission of the Court to sell the Trust properties. The Trust Office registered within the jurisdiction of this Court and the properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, they have preferred the above application. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the fact that the properties are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court, however, the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

office of the 1st applicant trust is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court, and also substantial part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4.In the result, this application stands allowed. Registry is directed to number the main Suit, if the papers are otherwise in order.
