PRAYER in Writ Petition No.19081 of 2003: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the fourth respondent pertaining to Na.Ka.No.181/2003/A.2 dated 04.06.2003 and quash the same. PRAYER in Writ Petition No.19090 of 2003: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct the tenders for works relating to the Puliyangudi municipality and as per the rules issuing notice to the petitioner by furnishing him with schedule and allowing him to participate in the tenders on his satisfying the conditions.

COMMON O R D E R These petitioners were registered contractors, since there had been allegation, their registration had been cancelled and they were black listed. Challenging the said order of cancellation, the present writ petition is filed before this Court.

2. During the pendency of these writ petitions, both the petitioners have joined the Government job and they have given letter to the Corporation that they would like to withdraw the proceedings. A copy of the letter given by both the petitioners are produced before this Court.
