ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 or their subordinates not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry in connection with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4 th respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the 4 th respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.152 of 2025 and on finding that the dispute between the petitioner and the 4 th respondent is civil in nature and which is creating problem between them, the respondent police referred the case to RDO. In turn, the RDO closed the same stating that already a civil suit is pending between the parties. He would further submit that the respondents police will not summon the petitioner any more.
