This application has been filed by the applicants to grant leave to sue the defendants before this Court.

2. According to the applicant, he is the Plaintiff in the main Suit and the main Suit is filed for claiming damages as against the defendants for defamation. The defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of the Court and a substantial part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. The Plaintiff is working in Tiruchirappalli District and the defamatory contents have been viewed at Chennai. Therefore, the substantial part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. This Court heard the applicant's side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the substantial part of cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court as the defamatory Page No.2 of 4

contents have been viewed by the relatives and friends of the Plaintiff at Chennai and the defendants are also residing outside of the jurisdiction of this Court, this application is allowed.
