ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for mandamus to direct the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.08.2025.

2.Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's representation seeking for issuance of patta is considered, on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections of any of the neighbouring land owners and any other third party to whom the respondent deems fit to enquire.

4.Since the petitioner has not submitted an online application seeking for issuance of patta, the petitioner will have to submit a fresh online application with the respondent for the grant of patta.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the respondent for issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the respondent shall pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application seeking for issuance of patta after hearing the objections if any of the neighbouring land owners or any other third party whom the respondent deems fit to enquire within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
