ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 281, 125(a), 106(a) under BNS Act, 2023 in Crime No.409 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.26780 of 2025 by order dated 06.10.2025 on the following reasons:
"6. The rough sketch produced by the police reveals that the pickup vehicle driven by the petitioner on the right side of the road (Opposite direction) which has caused triple death and further there are allegations that this petitioner has driven the vehicle on very high speed. Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."
3. Considering the fact that the offences are grave in nature and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/5
