JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the writ appeal with a liberty to participate in the enquiry proceedings which has already been initiated by the second respondent / Joint Commissioner, HR and CE Board, Cuddalore District under Section 63(e) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959.
2. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
