Mr.R.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner, R.Maniraj has expired on 04.04.2008 and so far the legal representatives of the deceased Petitioner have not made any application to substitute themselves in the place of the deceased petitioner. 2.In such circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as abated leaving it open to the legal representatives of the petitioner to apply for revival of the writ petition in accordance law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No cost.
