The Writ Petition has been disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents, who appeared through video conferencing.
2. The writ petition seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 04.02.2022 against the assessment order dated 18.09.2021 for the assessment year 2018-2019.
3. Since no adverse orders are proposed to be passed and the relief is sough only for a Writ of Mandamus, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 04.02.2022, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
