ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to conduct proper enquiry based on the representations made by the petitioner on 16.06.2025 and 17.09.2025 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that, 2/5

already orders have been passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Mayiladuthurai, through proceedings dated 19.09.2025, rejecting the claim made by the petitioner. A copy of the order was also placed before this Court.

4. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed by this Court in this writ petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
