The Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.07.2025 on merits.
2. Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 3.
In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ petition (Criminal) is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Notice to respondents 5 to 11 is dispensed with inasmuch as no order prejudicial to their interest is passed. 5.
The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted in M3/1294/14803/2024 and finding that the dispute between the parties was civil in nature, they were directed to approach the civil Court. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner has been considered in accordance with law. 6.
Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands closed. No costs. It is made clear that the respondent Police are directed not to interfere with civil disputes, except in the event of any law and order issue arising therefrom, which may warrant initiation of criminal proceedings.
