ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 7(5), 20(2), of COTPA Act, r/w 123 of BNS Act 2023, in Crime No.287 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.23882 of 2025 by order dated 01.09.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is having bad antecedents. Since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to re-visit the earlier order.
