ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus, in particular the third respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is seeking for conducting survey and for fixing the boundaries with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Ms.P.Neelavathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The case of the petitioner is that, originally the patta was granted for the subject property in the name of the petitioner's father in Patta No.517. After the demise of her father, the property was inherited by his legal heirs, including the petitioner. The petitioner submitted an application on 30.07.2025 along with necessary fees, requesting the respondents to survey the property and to fix 2/4

the boundaries. Since the same was not acted upon by the respondents, a representation was also made on 15.09.2025, which also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed .

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 30.07.2025 and 22.08.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property and fix the boundaries based on the earlier patta that was issued in the name of petitioner's father. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks. If there are any other interested property, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
