ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction directing the second respondent to forward the pay anomaly rectification proposal No.1403/ 2018/ EM3 dated 04.03.2025 recommended by the 3rd respondent to the first respondent consequently direct first respondent to issue Government order (G.O) by rectifying the pay anomaly of the petitioner.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the rectification proposal sent by the third respondent dated 04.03.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
