Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2024 seeking to disburse the terminal benefots and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
