ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner that the petitioners shall appear before the learned trial Judge, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further order and they shall also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail; in Crl.O.P.No.14178 of 2025 in order dated 14.05.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14178 of 2025 dated 14.05.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
