3. The petitioner was working as a Sales Women in the 4 th respondent Cooperative Society from 10.09.2019 and she is entitled for promotion to the post of Junior Assistant. While so, the 4 th respondent has given double promotion to the 5 th respondent as Senior Clerk, so the clerk post to the society shows as vacant and recommended to fill vacancy. Hence, the 2 nd respondent issued a notification to recruit the persons to the post of Assistant/Junior Assistant. The petitioner has absolutely no cause of action challenging the notification issued by the 2 nd respondent. If at all, the petitioner is aggrieved by the promotion granted to the 5 th respondent, he ought to have challenged the promotion of 5 th respondent to the post of Senior Clerk.

Hence, this Court does not find any infirmity or illegality in the impugned notification issued by the 2 nd respondent to the post of Assistant/Junior Assistant. Further, as per the notification, the written examination was also conducted. So, at this juncture, the notification issued by the 2 nd respondent cannot be interfered and it is not suffered with any illegality or infirmity.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 06-11-2025 3/5
