ORDER

This civil petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpet to dispose of O.S.No.243 of 2017, within a time frame, fixed by this court.

2. The respondent herein filed the above said suit for declaration and possession of the property against the petitioner herein. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that in the suit, issues were framed on 26.11.2021 and the same was posted for trial on 21.01.2022. Thereafter, there is further progress in the trial.

3. Having regard to the fact that the suit was filed in the year 2017 and posted for trial as early as on 21.01.2022, this court is inclined to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.243 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs.
