This application has been filed by the applicants/petitioners to mark the certified copy of the Sale Deed dated 08.12.1978 as secondary evidence. Page No.1 of 3

2. According to the applicants, they filed the main petition for appointment of guardian, and now the case is posted for recording evidence of the petitioners' side. At that time, they want to file the certified copy of the Sale Deed dated 08.12.1978. The original document is not available, and therefore, they filed this certified copy as secondary evidence to the said document. Hence, they filed this application.
