Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution ofIndia to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to grant 30 days ordinary leave without escort to the sister's son of the petitioner, namely Vikram, S/o Rajkumar, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2025.

(The Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar) The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 11.10.2025, seeking to grant 30 days ordinary leave, without escort, to her sister's son, namely Vikram, S/o Rajkumar.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the representation of the petitioner has been considered by the respondents and the same has been rejected by order dated 30.10.2025. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, she can challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
