Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents in accordance with law for wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the order in W.P.No.301 of 2024 dated 09.02.2024.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.02.2024 passed in W.P.No.301 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 09.02.2024 in W.P.No.301 of 2024 has been duly complied with and the Tahsildar, Ulundurpet, has passed an order in proceedings Na.Ka.A2.No.2571 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court had specifically directed the respondents to pass appropriate

orders after issuing notice to the petitioner and other rival claimants and after affording them an opportunity of hearing. However, the respondents have passed the final order without issuing notice to the petitioner.

4. On a perusal of the proceedings, it is seen that notice was served on the petitioner on 10.10.2024, and thereafter, the final order was passed on 30.10.2024.

5. In view of the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the said order, it is open to them to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
