2. Mrs. V.Srimathi, learned counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and submits that she has no serious objection for allowing this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and with an intention of giving opportunity to the appellant to agitate its rights and contentions on merits, we are inclined to allow this petition.
