This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 187 days in filing the above said Criminal Revision Petition against the order in Crl.A.No.193 of 2023 dated 07.01.2025 by Additional District Judge (FTC), Mettur.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 187 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
